What Is YOGASANAS?

Yogasanas are a set of powerful postures through which one can elevate one’s consciousness and manipulate energies.
Some of the benefits of practicing Yogasanas:

-Deceleration of the aging process
-Evolution of body and mind towards a higher possibility
-Stabilization of the body, mind, and energy system
Who can attend: No prior experience of Yoga is required. anyone 14 year up can join the workshop

17th Jan ( Friday ) – session 1: 4.00 pm – 6.30 pm
18th Jan ( Saturday ) – session 2 : 8.00 am – 10.30 am
18th Jan ( Saturday ) – session 3 : 4.00 pm – 6.30 pm
19th Jan ( Sunday ) – session 4 : 8 am – 10.30 am
All 4 sessions are mandatory to attend to learn the practice in its entirety.
