Ashgourd Salad


Ingredients:

  • 125gms Ashgourd chopped

  • 150gms Tomato chopped

  • 1 Capsicum chopped

  • 1/4 cup Grated coconut

  • 1/2 tsp each of Tadka (urad dal + Chana Dal + mustard + jeera + til oil)

  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder

  • 1 Lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp Ginger juice

  • as per taste Salt

  • 1/4 cup each Chopped dhania & curry leaves



Method

  1. Mix everything together then serve.
