Ingredients:
125gms Ashgourd chopped
150gms Tomato chopped
1 Capsicum chopped
1/4 cup Grated coconut
1/2 tsp each of Tadka (urad dal + Chana Dal + mustard + jeera + til oil)
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1 Lemon juice
1 tbsp Ginger juice
as per taste Salt
1/4 cup each Chopped dhania & curry leaves
Method
Mix everything together then serve.
