Coconut Rice

Ingredients
1 cup Rice
1 cup Coconut Milk
1 cup Water
As per taste Salt
1 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Coconut Grated
1 tsp each Tadka (oil + mustard seeds + curry leaves)
1/4 cup Coriander leaves chopped
Method
Heat oil and add mustard seeds & curry leaves.
Then add everything else till grated coconut
Boil in a cooker to 2 whistles.
Garnish with corianderleaves.
