Ingredients
1 cup Roasted Sooji (semolina/rava)
2 tea spoon (tsp) Ghee
½ tsp Chana dal
½ tsp Urad dal
¼ tsp Mustard seeds
¼ tsp Cumin seeds
A piece of ginger chopped
*Optional - Vegetables of your choice (Few peas, chopped beans & carrots)
Few Curry leaves
Salt to taste
2 cups water
Method
Prepare the pan, put 2 tsp of Ghee and you can put oil not too much (optional) to be heat up
Put other ingredients one by one: chana dal, urad dal, mustard seed, cumin
Put all vegetables (beans, carrots, peas, curry leaves, little sal, 1 cup sooji and 2 cups of water
Once the water are boiling put 1 cup roasted sooji and serve
