A series of 10 sessions, twice a week, designed in a step by step learning method to set you up with a practice that will enrich your life in many ways.

The 10 Days Wellbeing Program is a wonderful opportunity to learn ancient and powerful practices along with mindfullness that bring forth tremendous support to the system.

Choose from Weekday and Weekends with options for time slots

​​The class structure is such that attending all ten sessions is mandatory, otherwise you will be unable to continue with the rest program. Any catch-up classes required will incur an extra charge
