After experiencing the benefits of practicing Isha Hatha Yoga in 2015, Suchita Raman (Maria) gave up a successful career in the Fashion Industry, and undertook the internationally-acclaimed 1750-hour intense Isha Hatha Yoga Training Program in South India in 2017.

Getting cured of a chronic ailment that she was suffering from for 7 years and losing 18 kgs weight were only some of the side effects of the training which was a very humbling and profound experience of the deeper dimensions of life, that has touched her so deeply that she wants to dedicate the rest of her life to bringing this awareness to as many people as possible.

Who can join this program?This program is suitable for anyone aged 14 and above, regardless of prior yoga experience. Beginners, as well as those looking to deepen their practice, are welcome.

Do I need any prior yoga experience?No prior experience is necessary. The practices are taught step-by-step, making them accessible to beginners while offering depth for experienced practitioners.

What should I bring to class?Just bring yourself with an open mind and a willingness to explore! Everything else you need, including mats, will be provided at the studio. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, in natural fabrics and come ready to dive into this transformative experience.

Is this program suitable for people with health conditions?Most practices are gentle and adaptable. However, if you have any serious health conditions, please consult your doctor and inform the instructor beforehand. Women who are pregnant cannot join this program.

What happens if I miss a session?Due to the structure of the program ( step by step learning method ), It's important to attend all sessions for the best results, but if you miss one, the instructor will guide you on how to catch up with the practice.

Can I join the program online?This program is conducted in-person at our studio in Jakarta for a deeper, immersive experience. However, there is a Free Introductory Online Session to help you decide if this program is right for you.
